Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave (600W) for about 7 minutes. (2) While the Aomori Nagaimo is hot and soft, mash it smoothly with a fork. (3) Once the Aomori Nagaimo cooled down a bit, add the potato starch, grated cheese, diced processed cheese, and consomme granules. Mix well and shape into bite-sized balls. (4) Heat the oil to 170°C and fry the balls for about 3 minutes (5) Drain the oil, and plate the fride balls with leaf lettuce.
